I've posted reference pics in "ilyas" thread, and while he's not making any updates to sarunas, i pass this request to you, because he's a tough face to make (i've tried it myself in several versions of NBA Live and have never been happy with the outcome)

In the 1995 playoffs he shaved his head and kept it that way in 1996!
