Nope, it isn't because Doug Collins doesn't exist in game.. And there is also no hidden Cf of him.. I thought you would create his CF from some assistant coach that look like him..
Maybe png544.iff.. I already posted pictures of collins on page 4..

1.) Why did you use Jim O'Brien? I thought the png I gave is more similar to start with..
2.) His skin, hair and eyebrows should be lighter.. (Hair color is something between grey and yellow, and eyebrows shoould be almost invisible)
3.) Also fix the headshape..

Yes, thats much better.. Another suggestion.. Try to push his forehead a bit higher, and eyes mybe deeper and lighter.. Because I think he has blue-gray eyes.. And eyebrows a bit more lighter.. All in all, thats much better, and you are getting to it..

@Kova19 Sorry but that sounds that once such a process, I think that I have to work with 3DProgramm. As I have already mentioned 3DProgramm does not work on my PC

In My Opinion is Jim O'Brien´s Behead and HeadShape very suitable for Doug Collins

i am using the default and Kova's roster...
i am just wondering how coaches can be changed?

It can be changed in Reditor, but I already made all coaches changes except Collins, if you are using my roster.. Anyway, next update will include Collins too, after OG releases him..
