Those are some of the changes included in my latest roster update, and I think they work really well:

Duncan --> Harden
T.Parker --> Kapono
Nowitzki --> I thought Yi was as good as it got, but it's much too "clean" to be for Dirk, I found that R.Brewer (which is really C.Brewer since they mixed them up) or even Mace look much more like him in-game
Posey --> Lunge
C.Paul --> Silky
Frye --> R.Wallace
T.Outlaw --> Knock Knees

LBJ is still an enigma. In some footage, his own sig looks decent enough, but sometimes it looks like Knock Knees (with more elevation), Alexander, Quick Launch or even Yi. That's a tough one.
