EBC (Entertainers Basketball Classic) Mod

So this is a little something I whipped up the other day. It has 29 EBC/Rucker Park Superstars (& Jordan) that were already in the game and then their roster is filled out by D-League players. (whose ratings I was going to upgrade for crazier gameplay, but I wanted to keep the Captains the best and the focus) The 30 Superstars are....

Uniforms use the in-game CAT jerseys and are the same color home and away. I have created a custom version of Rucker Park as seen during the 2010 EBC Tournament which is going on right now.

Blacktop Revitalization Mod

Been working on a little mod. Added 11 courts to blacktop mode, replaced legends arena with a generic floor that should change for every team, 70's east to rucker park with the crowd, 70's west to the summer circuit court from my player, and 80's east to the Lakers Great Western Forum type of court that was hidden in the files. Also removed all non-home/away jerseys to add the practice jerseys to be used for 5on5 games.

Basically I need feedback on the courts and ideas on what to name the courts & what I should do for a mod/what I should call the mod. Kinda leaning on Blacktop Revitalization project but then how do I add the Rucker Park and other shit for 5 on 5.

So yea, go have fun. Dont redistribute or edit this mod in anyway please.

NLSC Roster Project

Spent a few hours with a spreadsheet and ranked the ratings in 2k10 1-418 (active players on teams in 2k10) then took the 418 highest post counts on the forum and matched them up. Started an association with a CPU draft, took those draft results and transferred them to the normal roster.

Height and Weight was randomized based on position. Skin Color and accessories are also random. No faces have been done. I dont know what to do about that, but everyone is bald and has no eyebrows. Maybe I should find the headband model for CAPs and turn it into a bandana or a mask or something.

Basically if you have over 500 posts here, you are in this mod. Then there are 30 people who are just barely under 500 posts.

i could def use some help finding the base CAP face textures and the CAP headband file. could manually add eyebrows and turn it into a bandanna or something

updated the description for the NLSC roster

you probably know this. But in global. There is the accesories in the low one. We could make it so players all in low and it be easy to change the headband and stuff. That way it doesnt effect high and medium either. Just a thort.

actually just had that open in blender, lol, the main reason I didnt want to use the low stuff before was because of the shitty faces....and now I have nothing but shitty faces

i think the CAP texture is the most important thing to find though

if you have 500 posts you are in the mod, Season mode is pretty fun with that actually

I had a few ideas on how to do this mod. Having people create themselves and upload to 2kshare, having a roster passed around, draft thread. Instead I just went simple on it based on post count.

As an FYI, the NLSC Roster is "open source" if you will. So if you want to make edits and post your own version of it go right again.

The Blacktop courts and roster is not. Reposting a different link, making edits on the roster or court and they won't come round here anymore

The low res models piss me off too much, so I think I'm "done" with the NLSC roster, so as I said, anyone can pick that up and run with it.

well the CAP files start with pc in the main folder but the iff editor nor the iff/cdf editor can touch the required files.

I dunno, I'm having fun with it as-is and am going to be looking forward to different mods.

okay thats weird.. i found it and eddited it.. but it doesnt work. lol... it works in the basic edit screen but when iget into a game it doesnt work :S

Hey, bro, NLSC Project can be developed into kinda cool mod, actually (according to my experience from another forum). I'll think on that and will organize something interesting next week. Though, maybe i'll require some help from roster makers.
