How to make Alpha.. the white one

Hi guys,
I am starting to make cyberfaces for rookies for the coming season. I already know how to make the green texture but the only problem left is how to make the white one
like this one...

I hope someone could shed a light on this... I'll be releasing some CF soon.

as far as I know it's lighting or shadow, and maybe you do not need to edit it..
but this is only my opinion bro..
