NBA 2k10 runs slow

hi can anyone recommend me settings for nba live 2k10 coz when i play on high settings everything is in slow motion

Laptop specs
Intel core duo 2.0
NVDIA GeForce 9200GM
3 Gb memory

i tried to do some test if i can run the game and it says on site i can run it on max
using this seetings now

800x600
player detail - medium
texture - high
stadium - low
