I'm a NEWB - need help with IFF CDF Studio

I've downloaded the IFF CDF Studio and I would like for example change the tatoos of shaq. Can someone give me a detailed procedure about the the steps I should make?

That would be great. I just need the pictures.

do you mean the cyberfaces (CFs)? cause that requires looking up the PNG number with the REDitor then using the 2k9 iff editor to extract textures from the png####.iff
