What's the proper setting for Normal Map Plugin DDS?

I can't seem to find the correct setting for my shoes, it always turns out to be darker than normal..

This is my works that is obviously not good. T_T

But I have got not a damn clue on how to turn it to something like this..

try. Bledning Options ( Above the layer stuff) and go down to colour overlay. then set the colour to that green. then change the blend to overlay. also very nice detail in that shoe!!
