Help announcer doesnt say player's names

Please Help!i have created a database based on euroleague v.08 with 2 new teams Aris and Paok but everytime i play the game the announcer doesnt say the names of the players when the have the ball.i have tried another ROS file and it was ok.how can i find the field that needs to be changed about the announsment of the player?

Why the announcer\Broadcaster does not say the names of the players?
I'm sure he can say Anderson or Perkins or Fisher, he says the number ...
