Solving the missing team logos issue. Help get me started!

I'm quite annoyed at how small team logos inside the 3pt line do not show up in the international version of the game and how they have seemed to dissapear from the patched Steam version of the game.
I'd like to start looking into how the court files work and try to edit them.

Could somebody help me out in pointing me in the right direction on how to get started?

Noone willing to even help me just get started with editing courts?
