Many Questions/New to Patching... HELP!!!

I've been searching these forums (along with others), but I haven't found the answers to these questions, so, can somebody PLEASE help me?
1. Is there a list of what shoes belong to which .iff's? If so, can somebody point me in the direction of that please...
1a. Can NBA 2K9 IFF Editor Beta work to view the .iff's of the shoes? If so, I don't need a list.
2. How do you change the color scheme of the shoes? For example, for the Nike Hyperize's, the default home (white)/away (black) color of the shoe is in the flywire (where the main team colors, in real life, are supposed to be). Is there any way to switch it so that the main team colors are in the flywire part and vice versa? PLEASE advise!
