three Team trade..

can somebody explain 2 me how a three team trade works? i tryed some times, but it didnt work, and in the 2k10 manual it isnt explained too..

When you add the players to the trade, hover over the player and two button logos will come up on each side.

Press these to change which team you want the player to go to
