NBA 2K10 on PS3

Hey guys, I was wondering if somebody can tell me the best roster, slider, and settings for PS3, whether i can get it on 2kshare right on the ps3 or if i have to download from somewhere else. The most up to date roster with no injuries and full roster, at least after the trade deadline if not like sometime this month?

Can anybody help me with this please?
