Edit roster of computer controlled teams in season mode?!?

As you might guess from the subject, I have a question concerning editing the roster of computer controlled teams in season mode. Found nothing helpful about this at the boards.
Problem is this: I started a season with the Bobcats (never thought this would be so much fun). I used the last off. 2k10 roster (19/2/2010). When I looked at other team scores I figured out that Kobe Bryant just plays about 15 mins. League news tell me that he is not injured. I only play with the Bobcats. I switched comp. initiated trades off by the way. Is there a possibility to edit the other teams roster/ rotations? Or is it possible to take control of another team after the season already started?
