My sounds are jammed!!

I'm not experiencing any problems with the sounds on the court, but my problem is when I bring up the menu, the sounds is like JAMMED!! the sound effects of bringing up the menu, switching from one panel to another makes a jammed sound, and when in the game, when my teammate grading changes from one rating to another, it also brings this jammed noise. And again when the 2k brings the "focal points" "NBA today" menu from the game. Did any of you guys experienced this problem too?

I have been playing 2k10 for months now and I just experienced this yesterday..
