Changing Cyberface and Skin Tone in Association

I'd like to change a couple cyberfaces and skin tones in an Association file. I know that the REDitor doesn't work on Association files. Is it possible to change cyberface and skin tone in an Association with a dbf editor? I'd just like to give a player from the draft class a cyberface and skin tone of an existing player. How would this be done in a dbf editor?
