Keylogger in NBA2k10?

Ok so I was doing a routine virus scan and my antivirus came up with a keylogger warning for the NBA2k10.exe file.
Is this normal? Or should I be getting worried..

what anti virus program?

if you are using a legit 2k exe there shouldnt be any issues

Using Kaspersky. Yep, legit version.
Kaspersky isn't trying to quarantine it or anything, just pops up with a 'suspicious' alert whenever I boot up the game. Very curious.
