Player ratings drop during association

i am having some issues that my players within my team their ratings keep on dropping. i had rookie at the start of the season 80 rating now its dropped to 73 and also all my players are having ratings dropped where they have low morale even though already i play my starters around 30 per game

I've noticed this also.
Maybe not as drastic as in yours, but nearly all players have a yellow downwards arrow next to their rating and all of them are down a point or two from their original rating.
There's no way it would have anything to do with the team's success because I've started the season at 10-2 and have the best record in the league at this stage. I'm making good on most of my promises to the players as far as their roles on the team go. Even after I signed a free agent his rating went down 1 point the moment I signed him.
I schedule training for the players once a week and I rotate the guys around so they don't get too tired, but it's nearly every player on the roster who has lost points off their overall rating.
Any ideas about what I can do to prevent this loss in ratings?

In my opinion the ratings drop when
- your team chemistry is bad (e.g. after trades)
- you change the primary / secondary playing position of a player

I traded A LOT with Chicago in my season (with Alby's last roster; only kept Rose, Hinrich, Deng and Noah) and changed all positions (all players now only have a primary position) so my team chemistry went down to 0% ^^ Logically I have difficulties in passing and so on but additionally all players got a -1 or -2 in total rating. Winning games does not change anything.

If I remember correctly the ratings will be normal at 50% chemistry and rise at 50%+ Maybe this applies to your season as well.
