please someone tell me if there are another tool for iff. i have iff editor beta but i cant see all textures. plese help a need a new tool for my allstars legend court pack

This tool is awesome. 
If that's not what you are looking for, check out the NBa2K10 Modtool by zsword. It's the second "download now" button. It contains a tool that can view both 3d models and textures, as well as export/import them.
