Oden's minutes

He is not happy with his situation but he has a reason.I set his minutes on 40 but he never play that much.Ok if he play 35 minutes he will be happy but one game he play 16 minutes,the other game he play 9 minutes,sometimes 25 and sometis over 30.What i must do to keep his playing time over 30 minutes.And with some other players it's differnet.Peja is bench warmer and i set his playing time ond 6 minutes but he rarely plays less then 10 minutes.My team looks like this C Greg Oden

SF Yi Jianlian
SG James Harden
PG Tony Parker

and bench is Lee Thompson(SF rookie) Ryan Gomes George Hill Matt Bonner Salim Stoudamire Nicolas Batum and Peja.

there was a thread on this over at OS, they said Oden and Shaq have issues being happy with their playing times because their commit fouls rating is 99

so if you can edit that down, try that
