NBA 2k10 for PC help!

Currently, the minimum requirements for a video card for 2k10 is:

Video card with 128 MB or more memory and one of the following chipsets is required: ATI x1300
or greater | NVIDIA 6600 or greater


Can someone link me to the cheapest possible video card that I can get that will run 2k10 fairly smoothly? I'm broke atm and not good in computers so I need some help please
