MY PLAYER MODE stuck on intense defense

when i play my player mode its stuck on intense defense? and its not my controller does anyone know how to fix that?

So even if you are not pressing any buttons on the controller, your fatigue/turbo bar starts to decrease on defense when your guarding the ball carrier?
