Can someone show me step by step how to download, and apply patches

Its easy bro all you need to do is download a patch for example a cf and then put it in the nba 2k10 directory of your game for example

pasted to directory
D:\Collection of RPG, SPORTS Games\NBA 2K10
If your still having a problem then till me cuz ill make a vid tutorial for it
