Where are the players' portraits?

In Association mode, there are virtually no portraits for new players, beginning with the second season. 2k9 had oodles of portraits. I know that some of them looked cartoonish, but that was better than just an outline. Is there any way to get some kind of portraits in the game, like an editor program or something else?
