ps3 servers nba 2k10 down?

i just got the game 30 min ago. tried download sliders and rosters for ps3 but the servers are down. Is anybody else experiencing this?

yeah whole stuff is down included site
Game server is down, scheduled for up to 24 hours (some sort of mainstance)

for this whole day? now i can't return the game to gamestop cause its been opened. damn. i should have bought live.
