Online capped at 15fps?

When my friend and I were playing everything was capped at 15fps and his ping bar was 4/5 blue bars. We later turned off all the advanced video settings but kept our resoultion and it was still capped at 15. Does anyone know how to fix this?

btw: Both our benchmark test was High

yeah, still having that problem.. kad a normal game today with one player, but after that i again was on 15fps with other players

anyways now its normal for me with a lot of people.. make sure that sun is in silver or yellow and the bars are 3-5 full.
And whenever you change your videosettings make sure you run bentchmark

I m kinda of disappointed I have been a fan of 2k for years esp in basketball. This is by far the worst online I have ever seen in my life. I just played a game and it was the laggy suckiest game I have played in years I usually love to play nba2k online but this time I could not wait for it too finish. Its terrible there are no lobbies the lag is just terrible and the players move way too slow. This might be the year I make the switch to live I cant believe im saying this but this game is not really finished too many bugs, lag and other issues.
