bro same results when i turned off vsync still i have low frame rates. i am beginning to lose hope. and feel frustrated.

my PC's under repair right now and i'm planning to run this game on my laptop.. here's the specs:
Processor : Intel Pentium Dual Core T4300 2.1 Ghz, 1MB, 800Mhz
Memory : 2 GB
Storage : 320 GB
Graphics : SIS Mirage 3+
Display : 14.1 Inch WXGA
Operating System : WINDOWS 7 32-bit
can i run this game on my laptop?
