Cyberface tutorial

Can someone please make a written step-by-step guide to making cyberfaces for NBA 2k10, with links to any file or utilities required? I can't understand or use these video tutorials I find at all. Thank you to whoever helps.

Same with me, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The video are not helpful at all. 
I use to know how to do this with NBA live 2000.

A tutorial for NBA 2K10 will not be helpful if you're working with NBA Live 2000. Please consult our NBA Live tutorials or make inquiries in the NBA Live Vintage section of the Forum.
