Trouble Changing Leg & Arm Size: Help Needed

I was trying to adjust some arm and leg sizes on some players in the new 91-92 MOD and I was having some trouble. I've done it before and it worked fine in my regular NBA roster, but I didn't know if maybe it couldn't be done with created players or not. Not sure... In the Forearm Thinness, I put the number 44 and it didn't adjust the size. I tried all the numbers from 127 to -128 with no changing occurring to the arms. I tried everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
