since no one answered me how to do them i spent my day finding out how.luckily i got them right.
here's what to do,to do the isomotion moves in nba 2k10 on PC (using keyboard)
1. Runner = run towards basket + shot key against the basket (sample:if I'm running in front,towards the basket,my shot key against the basket is 2)
2. Behind the Back = press the spin key twice,quickly
3. Half Spin = hold clutch button + hold turbo button + backward then forward direction quickly (do it quick)
4. Step Back = hold clutch button + backward then forward direction quickly (same as how we do the half spin but minus the turbo button)
5. Hesitation = hold clutch button + hold turbo button + then just perform a crossover motion (left to right) but don't release the first direction quickly
6. Step Out = while in motion hold turbo + press clutch button twice quickly
additional: if you want some dribble moves that would BREAK the defenders ANKLES well just press the clutch button as many times as you want
