How do you download the patch to the game

I know this may sound stupid but I dont really know how to download the cyberface's on to the game!! :oops:

So can anyone help?

Put them into C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K10

Make sure you backup any files you are about to replace

OK Thanks BTW how do you back up a file?

I just rename the file extention from "iff" to "original"
