Need help with custom team

I would like to give the Clippers a new lease on life by moving them to Hawaii and giving them a brand new identity. They will be called the Hawaii Volcanoes. I have found a suitable logo and have developed concepts for their home and away jerseys. But I don't have a clue about how to translate these into the game. And, oh by the way, I would like to have a custom court for this new team. Anybody out there willing to help me out??? Please???
