NBA 2k10 Accessory Problem

I have just downloaded some new accessories for josh smith and he has two sleeve folders one black one white how do i get both of them into the game instead of replacing one another everytime i want to switch??

You can't as the sleve is part of the skin texture, you have to have one or the other
