Patch won't install

Ok so I downloaded the patch from the 2K Sports website and when I go to install it I'm told that the patching program can't find the game or I have downloaded the wrong version of the patch. I tried both the Australian and US version and still no good. Any clues?

what version of the game do you have? i mean where did you get it from

Bought the downloadable no-disc version through Steam.

you have to wait for steam to release the patch

hopefully it will come out in a day or so, but they do run on valve time

Ohhhhh. Thanks for the info, I was worried there was something wrong with my system.
Turns out I was just being impatient (although not really considering we've all waited so long already for this)
