Create Player question

I create player, not in my player mode. How do I do to he have a lot of assist? How i must set tendencies?
And another question, What can I do to improve player IQ?

For assists, upgrade passing, obviously. You can also try to make the player pass-first mentality. For player IQ- Offensive and defense awareness etc
