Missing legends and legends available to draft

Is there a patch which adds missing legends like Kareem, Barkley Jordan?

Also, I'd love to see a roster which has the legends draftable so that you can start a new season and do a custom draft with them.

Someone should be able to help me with this
Right now, I've created teams, put the legends on those team and make a custom league with those teams in but there's got to be a simpler way.
