Generated rookies

What should be the average rating of a rookie? I want to make my computer generated rookies' rating more realistic. Thanks.

It depends on how strong you want your draft class to be. If you want it strong, top 5 should be up to 75, if medium, top 5 up to 70.
I hate it when pc generates a draft with players rated 80... Not realistic at all.

Thanks, but is it advisable to reduce their offensive and defensive awareness to make their ratings lower?

I'd go for awareness, emotion etc. You cant take away shooting skill, right?
