commentator and sound effects disappear

Help please!!! Iv played nba 2k10 since last year, and just recently had this problem wherein the commentators and the sound effects (dunk)disappear while discussing the ice cold sprite keys of the game. They dont come back even if i call a time out or something. I have tried to uninstall and install 2k10 but still having the same issues...HELP please
