Full-court heaves after rebounds

I'm sure its my fault, but sometimes, after grabbing a rebound, I automatically throw up a full-court heave. It happens to me 2-3 times a game and its pretty frustrating. I guess its kind of a pointless topic, but does anybody else do this?

Sometimes when I accidentally have my hands on shoot and rebound at the same time, that happens.
