How to change generic shoe into one of those Nike, addidas o

Hello,
I have a request; I search in different topics but I can't find an answer !
I want to change shoes of player who hasn't an official one, Player like Shaq or Jermaine O'neal or others have the generic one. I wanna know if there is an iff files patch for shoes to replace the generic. Like that players with generic will have the new . Sorry for my bad english. Could some one please help me ?

When you get the iff you want to use instead, rename if "shoe_000_00.iff"

Remember to backup the original shoe_000_00.iff though
