How do you decrease foul and 1?

There is too many foul and 1 shots. Whenever I go to the basketball, I get foul and in the process the ball always go in..I mean I get like 5-6 of these per quarters, it's ridicules. How do I decrease this? I still want fouls to happen normally but just want to reduce the amount of the ball going on each foul.

Lower your shoot in traffic ratings and your close and inside shot ratings. Really, you ought to just lower everything for both yourself and the CPU.
