Some questions playing NBA2k10 on PSP

hello guys! anybody here playing NBA2K10 in PSP? i have some questions which i hope somebody will help me out:

1. how can i change the jersey numbers of the players outside the Association mode. can't find it in the edit player menu.
2. is there anyway to fix the free agent's 0 playing time?
3. when playing the Association mode and when you simluate some games and take a look at the boxscores, noticed that some of the players played 47 minutes and the team only uses 6-8 players at the max? how do you fix this?
4. in the Assocation mode, is it possible to have a random season games schedule just like in the NBA LIVE? everytime i start a new Association, same schedule of games always sets.
