How to make hair not to shine after replace ?

When I replace a face file (png) it looks like this(it shines). Is it because of the format?How should I save the face file?

I think You have to add alpha layer and save it as DDS format.

You need the alpha channel to be black and white with everything white, but all head and facial hair black. Just look at one of 2K's face alpha channel to see what it looks like.
