after I broke my head

the solution is:

* go to "region and languages" setting and change everything there to U.S.A

but the bad news

it's work only on my us version (steam)

and not on GamersGate Version

but i got it

Is there a 'Region and Languages' section in the game? all i can see is Option > My NBA > language selection.. is that what you are referring to?

It seems as if HACKERNBA2K10 found a solution for this issue, but he isn't allowed to share his exe due to violating the NLSC rules.
