How can I backup my MyPlayer?

Hey guys, I wanna reformat my computer, but I don't want to lose all my MyPlayer progress. Do you guys know how I could back it up? I know it should normally be under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\2K Sports\Save but I guess don't have that path cuz I have Windows7. Anybody know where I can find the Saves path in Windows7. Thanks for helping me out!

in the windows search bar in the start menu, type in %appdata%
it should take you to a folder, then goto roaming\2k sports\2k10\saves
