How do you get cpu to block shots?

I'm scoring down low like crazy..cpu never blocks any shots, lay-up or dunk near the basket. I play hoston against Magic and I can score down low with anyone I want and contest shot is set to 100, block set to 100, defensive awareness set to 100, strength set to 100, inside scoring set to 30, and playing on hall of fame level. If I lower inside scoring they just start to miss inside baskets but cpu still does not block or contest shots. Is something wrong with my game? Am I the only havin this problem?

This is something that will be adressed in the patch, and was addressed on the consoles, so just wait for the patch.
