How to exchange sun yue portrait and commnetry with rubio's?

I just exchanged their Cf's and now i want to do it with the commentry names and i portraits.

as i see it , it should be the same thing- rubio has a commentry name and a portrait in the game files- i just need to exchange those unused files with the ones of sun yue.

so... any clue where are the commentry and portrait files ? and how do i identify what player's those files belong to ?
