I just bought NBA 2k10 today, but after I'd installed it the report comes up for the program? Any suggestions.

I can't copy the message, but it looks like this. This same error message appears every time I try clicking on the icon from the hard drive, desktop, or my computer. I've re-installed it 3 times,yet the same message still after the installation is complete and I'm ready to play it.

as what ive said install the latest vcredist software from microsoft if it still gives you an error then maybe you are using a pirated version of the game

I've updated it, but still the same message appears and it's not a pirated copy, because i bought it from gamestop.

What about your Graphics card? It already looks like you don't meet the minimum requirements.

That Celeron processor is not good at all for gaming. You need a Pentium 4 2.4Ghz to play the game. Even if you're processor is 2.5, it is much slower than a Pentium 4. And, 512mb RAM will not cut it.

yeah he's right. that 512Mb RAM will not play the game, so as 2k9. 2k9 was the reason I upgraded my computer.
and here's what I got.

Windows Xp Service Pack 3
Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2.30GHz
2.00GB of RAM
1GB Nvidia 9400 (inno 3d)

That's fine for full HIGH Quality of the game.
