Arena music editor. Anyone working on it?

I think the arena music manager for the 360 is a really cool thing. Is anyone working on this kind of an editor for the PC version? That's one of the things I'd love to have so I can put some real music that's actually played in the real arenas.

jor said he was going to look at the bin files that contain the music, but we wont be able to get anything like the 360 version without getting something officially from 2k
