game online help me please

hello !
I have a small problem when I play online on PC, I always have a player who is locking, it is a circle of a different color other (orange I think). I was in the settings and I found nothing.
someone has had this problem?
info for jai an Xbox 360.
I saw in forums that must go into the controller settings preferred position and then choose "no". but it still does not work.
Otherwise the game works normally.

hmmmm... delete your settings? then restart the game? not sure if that would work but worth a try
